Does anyone knows whether the 75mil advisory shares have been disclosed or voted upon before they issued it last week? I can't seem to find it in the prospectus. 75 mil at today's sp has a deemed value of $3 mil plus the upcoming free oppies as well. If this is to do with the $2 mil cr I'll hang myself quick smart. Seems like the GAL legacy lives on.
I was thinking of hanging tight for the oppies but I'm not sure how loyal everyone is after the x-date.
