For FPAY, is not possible to take out your capital after a certain amount of years without consequences. For a fund that should be judged on its long run performance is it not fair enough that they want investors to see it through for the long run? Especially assuming if the fund outperforms there should be no issue.
I would say its a bad product if their performance is equally bad.
