I agree. Even as at end of July 21, MFG will report FUM close to 117B based on latest valuation of its portfolio. Even when 2 of it’s stock has under performed, due to US companies performing well. There is a separate debate going on about whether you should be invested in China or not. Due to its political set up nobody should be invested there and on the other hand a large market can not be ignored. That is the dilemma fund managers are facing. Nobody has crystal ball vision on these issues. So now if you look at the eps for MFG with 117B FUM simple maths will show eps of 2.80 per share.
