I would like to say yes, but unfortunately I think the answer is no. If JAT had a card to play on the CFDA derailment I believe they would have played it by now. As others have suggested, they would want the SP at, or comfortably above, the 10c SI CR point at this time.
Still, I am interested to hear what transpires and I'm hoping I'm proven wrong.
