What frustrates me is senior management sitting there on substantial remuneration packages, resulting in them having acquired their shares through meeting largely subjective performance measures. They haven't bought their shares at market like the ordinary shareholders. Also they have access to calculations of estimates and earnings guidance which they won't release to the shareholders who have real skin in the game. They are in a great position to know the likely future SP. Pity about the shareholders who have actually invested their hard earned.
