You raise an interesting point but in my mind this is the least of the problems with this company. If management were at all concerned about dilution, shareholder value or making a successful company they would cut all the efforts to list on the UK exchange, they would cut their salaries in half and they would start generating revenue instead of "purchase orders" that never seem to eventuate to revenue on the either the quarterly, half yearly or annual reports.

There's far to much wastage and no real effort to run a business in my opinion.
