If this company is a separate trading entity and developing products in the same field and deriving revenue/benefits from MXC's work, there is fundamentally a conflict of interest and this would be illegal; pretty big accusation without any evidence. You are welcome to ask Roby, but there is absolutely no mention of the company in the announcement. It would also make no sense for a company to make an announcement about a new product range and revenue if it all belongs to a different company; it would be like MXC announcing information about AGH's business. Roby being a director is not a financial/beneficial connection for MXC. MXC holds no interest in this company you have linked and, therefore, has completely separate activities/operations/products/business interests. The announcement today is for MXC's operations, which are completely disconnected to this company.
