You must be wondering why there is a company registered by Eastman and Zomer with the exact same name as mentioned in the announcement?
Take the worst case out of it. How can MXC be entitled to any of the revenue from Mercury Pharma when they have no stake in the ownership of Mercury Pharma? How can Mercury Pharma sell MXC products when they have not purchased them?
It would be foolish to not ask a few questions particularly when you are a share holder.
