MXC is not a shareholder of this company, so there is no beneficial interest link between the two companies. The only way the other company could take control of the new brand/product range is through purchasing it like Cannaglobal did with MGC Derma. Maybe this will happen. Roby would need to resign from MXC, though, as there would be a conflict of interest. We can only speculate. What is factual is that the new product launched today is currently owned by MXC. As mentioned, if MXC were doing all this for another company that it has no beneficial ownership of and with all revenue and benefits going to that other company, it would be a form of financial crime. It's a stretch to assume this when absolutely no evidence supports this apart from a similar name. Everything announced today currently relates to MXC's operations.
