Yep, agreed that it is weird that he is director of a separate company called Mercury Pharma Limited. And he may have some long term plan with it. However, this company absolutely does not own the products MXC launched today. I found another company called Mercury Pharma Group that has been operating since 1991 - https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/mercury-pharma-group#section-overview. This does not mean they own our new product line though lol. I could create a company with a similar name. A similar name does not give a company any rights to another company's products.
