I describe it as a sleep easy sum. If all the stars don't align, then having additional back up is good business. Try to get funding when things aren't going well... Impossible.
Perhaps management are covering all eventualities but I'm just guessing based off my own experience. Make sure you lock in place all funding plus more than you think you need when times are good.
