Most of these announcements' timing is outside of the control of management. They can only go on guidance provided to them by other parties but then can't control the timing themselves. So as long as everything continues to move forward with positive developments, I find it easier to just sit back and wait. This financing should be close enough and also should be the last hurdle that had the potential to delay significantly. I'm guessing once that is locked in, the construction phase is simple enough that it should go smoothly.
