Hmmm. The Singapore exchange is still a subsidiary of this company. We still own shares in it, it's just not publicly traded. Now we need to be looking for an exist strategy. Options are:
1. Merger or aquisition - Not likey at this stage.
2. Public Offering on another exchange - we own ordinary shares in a public company, just not a publicly traded one. This is how a lot of the equity crowd funding companies structure themselves. If they did list in Singapore we could definitely trade our shares, although the likelyhood of that happening any time soon isn't high (unless the exchange is a huge success).
Shitty management put us here, management with little understanding of the legislative framework in which they operate, but they are going down swinging.
