More probable use is issue as payment to board. I highly doubt this is a share buyback in the sense that we may think it is. Only benefit here is administrative costs, if those small SH decide to participate that is. Would holders who hold small in hopes of CR not be subject to the usual "4 for 1" share issue rule? Meaning they can only get a small holding anyway?
