That’s boiler plate language. It’s on pretty much all SPPs with the exception of a couple.
The raise is small. IMO it will be over subscribed and they will take more. Not sure how much more but probably a bit more. This business needs more to scale up the Christmas WC and have enough for general corporate purposes.
There was some good volume and strong buying interest today. It’s almost a certainty that if the big news comes out soon the SP reaction will be very positive. The further it moves from 10.75 the higher and faster the take up. Btw I’m in for $30k. Revisited my model today and while it’s not without risk I think in 12-18 months the SP will be multiples of the present level
