The offer is for 0.0128 public shares of MSG. This trades in Europe on the ticker SPV2. Last night it closed EUR4.52. Based about 1 EUR = AUD 0.6 and the exchange ratio, thats about $0.096 per MMM share. The problem is that if you take the stock, then you would need a way of 1 - keep track of your ownership and 2- finding a way to sell it and get the proceeds back into AUD. I guess this is part of the reason it trades much cheaper than terms.
