I have submitted both the Securities Delivery Instruction Form and Acceptance Form for Tender Offer to:

I have contacted Link Market Services and they told me you can email these documents to them, no need for mailing.
Contacting Interactive Brokers, they told me to submit these documents via ticket on their website's message centre. Having done so on Friday, I wonder when they will begin working on the transfer with the Bank of Luxemburg?
Wonder if I should contact the Bank of Luxemburg so as to make sure everyone is on the case?
