From the recent announcements, it said something like mid January completion.
IBKR can't do much until link have signed off on the transfer form and sent it to BOL and then in turn they try to send the shares to IBKR. IBKR are only really receiving shares that someone else is sending, so they can't do much until another party initiates things.
At this stage probably just wait, but if you feel like you need to follow up, call Link (and prepare to marvel at how incompetent and useless they are).
