Yes, the MMM have been transferred now, you can see that occur in the registry.
MS1 are probably still being issued and going through admin stuff.
They should turn up soon, but its fairly manual process that Marly Spoon advised in the last quarterly.
You will probably know when done as an announcement should lodged with MS1 for issue of shares.
