NHC cannot do that well with a coal price where it is. It did improve but the sentiment will probably keep the pressure on the price. TPG must turnaround the Vodafone asset to get the new TPG to do well for them. Covid must have had an impact on all the other entities including BKW which would have had impacts to its USA business.
No, I don't see the dividend being cut but I do see the adjusted earnings being down on last year - pre-Covid results.
If everyone got excited by the REG JV takeover than I am surprised. The market cap is around $550 million so let's say they needed to fund $300million that would hardly move the needle on a $6 billion market cap company...
So I really just think all bricks and mortar businesses are suffering right now - Growth and revenue growth, in particular, are the themes and the market is very high for my liking given the fact that we are still in Covid trading worldwide.
Very low-interest rates, I suspect lower dividends from many areas will all have a slow bleed impact whilst turnover growth companies will keep climbing until some fail - WeWork was probably the first warning but more will have to happen for everyone to get back to some basic valuation models. This is a boring company. Consider that APT has a 40billion market cap and SOL has a 6Billion one.
