re: Ann: LCY: Launches entitlement issue to f... Management was missing before consolidation so why would that change just because shares have been consolidated.

The new way to reduce shareholder value, share consolidation.

Directors need to read why they are there and that is to increase value.

But at the end of the day its the market and the people trading on the stock market that sets the price, the role of Management is to manage the company in a way that sets the environment where the company moves forward, to report accurately so shareholders and those that want to be shareholders can at least put a value on those shares.

The consolidation of shares on its own does not do this, lack of information from Directors on current and future plans only leads to share buyers and shareholders putting a lower value on the company then it maybe worth
