i dont see why a "C" is necessary, there are no imminent plans for mass dilution that would lead to that.
They have shown they have a cheap credit line.
all they need to do is show a bit more pep in their step with getting coolgardie up and running, laverton is on the long finger, they need to do more exploration before they decide what the mining plan is.. and thats fine, nothing wrong with that.
