That's $US12B in the ground. Probably only half is mineable (but is open at depth).
This small orebody not Tier 1, or probably even 2, but should be profitable as a 15 - 20 year mine one day.
Needs tens of millions spent to get it going and and say 3 years to get it into production - no small ask (and risk) for a small to mid size ASX listed mining company.
