I would not focus too much of the NZ/AUS market for Laybuy - its a mature space where customers use various BNPL and they would be silly not to offer their services to NZ/AUS retailers. I personally use Laybuy on my online store and find them super easy to use and actually slightly cheaper than AfterPay.
I would be focusing your attention (this is where mine is focused) on the UK market - a market and space that is growing, much larger than NZ/AUS and are outperforming ZIP in the marketspace. They are Merchant partners with some of the biggest PL clubs, Arsenal, & Man City which is great exposure. Focus your attention on the UK numbers and enjoy the ride I say.
