Just give it some time, I think patience is the key here. BNPL is becoming a saturated Market right now. But saying that I think the big differentiator for me is how you can buy products within laybuy ecosystem from a shop located in the UK for instance from Australia and pay in 6 weekly installments. To me this is unique compared to peers like Afterpay and zip. I m sure it's easy to replicate but as things stand now it's definitely a point of differentiation.
also they are cashed up now so hopefully they'll be using that capital to grow their business.
