That rise was just a trick to draw out the sellers IMO. They found some shares and snapped them up. Now they wait for any weakness and buy them as well. This is how you accumulate a position in a stock like this. Slowly and methodically. Don't be surprised to see this rise as we get closer to the next report as they run out of time to buy more cheaper. LOL.
In the meantime a slow dribble down maybe.
