Interesting how LBL trades , Trump talks about increasing tariffs on China so share market takes a tumble due to potential global tariff contagion , and brings LBL down with it
Logically increased tariffs is a favourable outcome for LBL as it means industry is more likely to repair its machinery with LBL laser deposition than buy machinery from overseas that would have possible tariffs imposed, also tariffs knock on effect for an exporter of mineral commodities like Australia would be a devaluation of the $A which also increases the cost of imports .
Share market is not logical , I will stick with counter cyclical stocks like LBL as the world economy cools .
