1) the money is shared between 3 parties - LBL, BLY and SA uni
2) it depends on an $8.3m collective project spend over 3 years so actually LBL is likely to be paying out a couple of million over the next 3 years on a net basis
Impact on the SP depends on the value of the project. If it results in successful commercialisation of a range of mining products manufactured by LBL then it could be a big positive but it will be years before we know.
