In keeping with tradition to CR successfully at discount prices, BB should
-raise at 5 cents, that is 26 cents discount and still better than the 40cents discount from vwap last time when he did it with instos and Himself picking up a large chunk as well (shame) totally disregarding retail holders
-this CR at 5 cents should aim to raise $20m-$30m,
-it gives equal opportunity to retail holders to buy 1,000,000 shares each
-it ensures there will be no further CR until the sales receipts start coming in
    -shares will increase to 500m
-ensure only existing holders can get hold of the 5 cents shares, escrow them for 1 year so no one can sell
-I'd expect the sp to remain at 25-30 cents
-this will give the LBT a more respectable mcap of $130m, still much lower than RAP. Lbt has FDA approval, rap doesn't, hence logical or reasonable mcap
-put out a good presentation, showing the targets. There are currently no APAS competition, hence there should be no reason to be secretive about who were chasing and negotiating. The players should come to the sale auction of APAS if we're really that good.
-this tech was 10 years in the making, let's do a make it or break it move now.
-if we succeed, we'd be nicely rewarded
-if we fail, we go back to the drawing board, orchestrate APAS Mach II

BB will be happy, bod will be happy, retail holders will be happy.

Do the above bold move NOW if Lbt truly believes this APAS can be sold successfully.
