A better price of communication than the last. Maybe next time he will learn to provide the justification (in detail) and logic for a non-underwritten CR at the same time as announcing it. If you are only raising with retail holders you better give them the full story before a CR, just like you would to instos.
Talk about a talent for spooking the market. I guess by the end of this year only the hardened retail investors with be here.
