I think you are on the right path Benny.
initially I found the recent capital raise at 15c unusual given the company had previously stated that they had funds available through to 2020.
Perhaps the raise was a strategic move to strengthen their balance sheet in lieu of initial negitaiatiojs with a MNC....ie. the raise gave LBT some leverage even if the money wasn’t needed for short term operations.
as you have always said though, patience is required to get the appropriate building blocks in place.
