I see 2 scenarios:
1. Marketing and Lead Generation services are not the same as a Distribution Agreement. Today's deal will mean a higher Margin to CCS but we will have to find more Working Capital due to revised business model and no Carve Out cash. Equals Capital Raising.
2. Recent buying activity could have created a new 5% holder not yet reported. Even less likely would be a Takeover Notice.
My money is on CR; Instos and Significants only. History repeating itself.
