the details of the joint venture were that the joint venture covered machine sales and the AI / software was owned 100% by LBT. AI / software component is like a subscription with recurring revenue. Software subscription recurring revenue once it starts to build is valued quite highly see for eg XRO I think this validated by a fairly sophisticated, wealthy and powerful JV partner / now major shareholder that the AI analysis modules have probably more value that what the good ol' ASX market cap is demonstrating...
