I think there is more to come once the Hettich transaction is sorted; expected completion date 31/12/2021.
Documents lodged today suggest they are serious about a December 31 "deadline".

The Marketing Agent agreement with Beckman Coulter has been a total flop.
My understanding from recent webinars/investor calls is the agreement is to be tweaked or perhaps
re-written completely. I prefer it was torn up.
None of us were impressed with getting a Marketing Agent having been promised a
Distributor for 4 years. If BC don't want to be the Distributor in Europe, then perhaps TF do.

Another Announcement next week? (Other than our new Major Shareholder).
