Within Quater 1 is a little hint.
"APAS Incubot Design Prototype for trade shows"

What this means is that we will be spending some of the money from the credit raising to build this Prototype.
This Incubot is significant - because people at the trade show in Vienna will see that they can load the Incubot with all the samples in the afternoon and the come back to work the next day with all the results done, emailed off to the doctor, the pathologist and the possibly the customer. Basically a set and forget system.

Mr Barnes can use this Incubot as a tool to negotiate a better sign on fee with a distributor and better terms per product sold. Why? The distributor will see the product as an extremely easy sell rather than just an easy sell.

This is why (I believe) he hasn't put pen to paper with a distributor.

I expect a distributor will be announced before the Vienna trade show and I wouldn't be surprised if we are apprised of their forecast of Sales - time will tell of course.

What I can say - what a great price the Shares are atm.
