Having technology that is very important
Having a CEO that was previously in charge of Asia Pacific selling products (en masse) to doctors and having to explain and educate them on membrane matter integrating with metal and plastic and doing a damn good job - so much so that Cochlear didn't want him to go.
I think he (and the Board) are getting ready for this day in April.
This to be honest is not beyond them lol
