The point was you cannot get a objective opinion from a CEO spruiking his company to a room full of investors. Of course he's going to tell you it's unique and the competition are yeeeeaaaaars behind.
Try this one (for scientific objectivity):
"If I asked the CEO of LBT who's microbiology specimen processor is better, BD's InoqulA or theirs, what answer do you think i'd get?"
