Yeah woke but it’s important for any materials going into batteries particularly for EVs in the EU. Its also good for marketing the project for funding, partners, offtake etc.
Vinfast are pretty woke too, they plant a tree for every car sold. It’s just the industry, not a bad thing to be independently audited as greenest nickel around.
