    4.5m shares or 1% of voting rights. hmmm I'm sure all will become clear leading into December once SW either makes a partnership announcements or declares no partners are in and a massively dilutive cap raise. i hope the former and will be shocked if vinfast walk away. I was convinced ecopro was exiting based on the 1% sell down, but I was surprised to see no further announcement of on market selling. Time will tell, fortune favours the brave.
