    It's not an old chestnut, it happened right as our PFS was published at the start of the year which was expected to be the catalyst for an investment by and partnership announced from and with Ecopro to build the refinery. Since then we have appeared to pursue a partnerahip not with Ecopro but with Vinfast instead
