The meeting is on the 25th so I suspect a letter will come out next week - although it is cutting it a bit fine.
If your thought about it being a strategy to drive the SP down to accumulate more is accurate is it a very cunning plan. In fact, to quote Blackadder: “As cunning as a fox who’s just been appointed Professor of Cunning at Oxford University?”
I suppose we will see when the proxy is lodged (or a new substantial shareholder notice is provided).
