IMHO I think that there is a very high probability that the ECL proposal will be carried
There are then lots of possibilities including t/over by major shareholder, look for other business opportunities, return $$ to shareholders.... et al.
A very good performer over the past 5 yrs. I think it is worth a position around $3.00
