I like this announcement. At least it clears up that the actual infrastructure is only 8 weeks away. My feeling is that a "PCD" is misunderstood in industry as the plant infrastructure, whereas in actual fact it's the pre-commercial demonstration, I.e. the data required to advance to the next stage (or not, depending on the findings). Finding that the infrastructure will only be in place in early Q3 could be a downer, but what we'll actually have is the raw data, which is very exciting.
