Put simply, because there is a highly publicised global shortage of adblue that's not going to be fixed any time soon. Because prices are sky-rocketing (up 400% in the last 2 weeks alone) as a result. And because not only can they produce it for bugger all, but thanks to having their own rail system, they can freight it for bugger all.
