That's is the issue, why are they hiding the info?
omg it just click. They didn't get the flow rate that they need, that's why they going to China to work on there method to see if they can bring up the flow rate and do testing over there with less red tape and hopefully they can achieve there standards/ average flow rate.
now it makes sense why they hiding the info.
they wanna keep that info hinded so they can do more testing untill if they can bring the flow rate up n maintain the share price.
