If a CR is anticipated shortly by those in the know, couldn't the "discount" already have been factored into the SP, as witnessed by the recent drop from around 20c to 15c ?
I don't think you can say with any certainty that there will be a further drop to 12c in the event of a CR.
Of course, I could be wrong, but I'm nowhere near as pessimistic as you are about this stock.
If I wasn't short on available funds right now, I'd definitely consider buying at these levels.
