None of your questions really pose anything of any value....but try these for a response.

-The PCD will go wherever it is deemed to be of most importance.
-The Chinese holder would naturally expect LCK to be involved in talks with any/all interested parties.
-Justin Haines is available if needed, no big secret.
-LCK have just carried out a very successful trial in 2019.... 28 years since the trials began in China. One would imagine that tech has improved somewhat since then. High levels of Hydrogen in particular are of high importance.
-The Chinese will not be expecting LCK to split any funding. The split will be in the form of how LCK actually receives it's payment for works and IP.
