I agree. The company needed the money and the placement has gone to a handful of exisiting shareholders and they are giving all of us a chance to participate when we’re on the verge of gasification.

Looks like they are trying to make the beat of the situation by giving shareholders hopefully a free kick.

Why would you sell it here when imo the biggest issue overhanging the stock is capital required that didn’t come in from the Chinese. Now thy have a funding solution in place and are hopefully as I said on the verge of gasification. Not to mention it’s a 1:15 which really shouldn’t weigh on the price.

I actually think it’s been done well and gives them some negotiating hand when talking with potential strategics.
