Call me skeptical I guess

I have had too many HOA etc where Chinese SOE or even weathy "businessmen" promise all kinds of capital & access to China banks and blah blah. If it isn't in LCK bank account I have trouble believe it is real (even then I'd be looking for the attached strings). But that's just me ... not a fan of China Inc., or even helping them (I had to come to terms with CNE being the major equity investor in LCK).

What revenue though ... consulting fees ... big deal ... am I to infer that LCK have nothing left to do at LCEP so we hire them out to China Inc.? Who determines access when our actual project starts (when of course is unknown).

Mixed feelings on this ... and could care less about royalty and a participating equity interest (which we would then pay our share of costs) in a future producing asset is the biggest sell signal for me.

Just want the Urea plant at LCEP progressed. Focus on that as the priority would be #1, #2, #3, .... tasks IMO
