If you get an opportunity, have a look at the date at the top of the announcement and you'll notice that it is in fact, 'new' news.
A Binding Term Sheet was signed on 20/4/20. Then on the 30/7/20 it was announced that the JV had been agreed in principle, and the Joint Venture documents were being translated. Well, today we have a Joint Venture Agreement. Work can now begin from Adelaide, but you'd expect the more lucrative parts of the arrangement to occur when boots can get on the ground.
Maybe you don't have to be so disappointed after all?
